Organising tours.

Organising tours couldn’t be easier from your point of view, you tell me what you want to do and I organise it!

I will arrange all guiding, transportation and accommodation. I will arrange entry to parks if  prior permission is required. All you have to do is turn up and bird!

There is a smorgasbord of sites to choose from in the region and each has its merits (see ‘Birding Sites” page). You can either tell me where you want to go, or tell me how long you want to stay and I’ll produce an itinerary for you.

Itineraries can be prepared to suit birdwatchers or bird photographers.

Payment for the services and accommodation can either be put together as an all inclusive package so you know exactly what the tour will cost, or you can simply pay guiding fees and pay for all the expenses as you go.

Pricing of all inclusive tours is done to include; guiding fees, transportation – vehicle (private or hired), fuel and tolls; accommodation; food; park fees and airport parking.

For a pay-as-you-go tour you will be quoted a guiding and transportation fee (vehicle, fuel and tolls).  Should you have your own transportation then just a guiding fee would be charged. In both these cases you would be responsible for all expenses such as accommodation, meals, park fees, etc.
